  1. Does anyone have a practical checklist for passing a generated intro between editors? I am setting up a folder convention before our team exchanges different versions. The aim is to let the next editor understand what changed without guessing from the filename. I came across suno fix while collecting references for the discussion. The checklist would identify the original format, export settings, and the passage needing attention. Would a single revision document be enough if every file has a clear version number? An approval note should identify the reviewed version rather than apply vaguely to the whole folder. No processing choice has been made, and the original would remain available for comparison. A dated note about who prepared each file would also help us resolve questions during the final approval stage. Please share the fields you find essential when another editor takes over a short intro.
